A European skincare OEM factory primarily produces moisturizing face creams and body lotions.

Prior‍‌‍‍‌ to their purchase, the purity of cetearyl alcohol varied a lot. So, the consistency of their lotion also varied a lot which affected customers differently. Water separation was also a problem for customers, it only took them three months for water separation to happen in the lotion and after that the customers required constant formula adjustments as well. That negatively affected the manufacturing process because they were constantly adjusting the formula as required.
