1. We provide Highly Pure 99.5% Acrylonitrile that is a very effective material with oil resistance property where the volume expansion does not exceed 10%%.
2. High Purity 99.5% Acrylonitrile will possess a tensile strength of over 18 MPa and break elongation that is not less than 400%.
3. The Mooney viscosity value for Acrylonitrile CAS 107-13-1 can be adjusted so that it falls within the range of 40-90 MU.
If the acrylonitrile (ACN) content of Acrylonitrile CAS 107-13-1 fluctuates significantly, its Mooney viscosity is unstable, or its mechanical properties are insufficient, seals are prone to problems such as expansion, softening, cracking, or increased compression set. This can lead to product rework, or even serious issues like oil leaks, downtime, and increased after-sales costs and production losses.
Our nitrile rubber strictly adheres to relevant rubber industry standards such as GB/T 7759.1, GB/T 528, and GB/T 531.1. We can provide different acrylonitrile contents (18%–50%) and Mooney viscosity specifications according to customer applications. Our products have a tensile strength ≥18 MPa, elongation at break ≥400%, and oil volume change ≤10% (IRM903 standard oil). We also control batches to make sure that there is no variability between them. That way, customers can cut down on the number of process changes they need to make due to variations in raw materials, as well as increase the productivity of their manufacturing.

Upstream Laboratory and Technical Support
To meet customers' requirements for consistent rubber material performance, we have established a comprehensive raw material testing, performance verification, and quality control system, relying on upstream cooperative production bases and CNAS-accredited laboratories. The laboratory is equipped with over 30 high-end analytical instruments, including a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and SmartLab X-ray diffractometer (XRD). It can analyze the acrylonitrile (ACN) content, polymerization structure, trace impurities, and aging properties of nitrile rubber, providing technical support for the stable supply of different grades of products.
Regarding the physical properties that are of key concern to the rubber industry, the laboratory is equipped with comprehensive rubber testing equipment. According to standards such as GB/T 3403 and GB/T 7759, it can test products for Mooney viscosity, tensile strength, elongation at break, Shore hardness, compression set, oil volume change, heat aging resistance, and low-temperature performance, ensuring that each batch of products meets the customer's processing and application requirements.

Customer Case
A Southeast Asian automotive sealing component manufacturer, specializing in oil seals, O-rings, and hydraulic seals, primarily exports to the European market. After understanding the customer's product structure, formulation system, and processing technology, we recommended acrylonitrile bulk rubber grade more suitable for seal production. Based on the customer's requirements for oil resistance, processing fluidity, and mechanical properties, we provided a stable raw material supply solution. The product has a tensile strength ≥18 MPa, elongation at break ≥400%, and oil volume change rate ≤10% (IRM903 standard oil), meeting the long-term oil resistance and wear resistance requirements of automotive seals.
Through continuous production verification, the customer reported significantly improved batch stability of raw materials, a reduction of approximately 35% in mixing process adjustment time, an increase of approximately 12% in first-pass yield, and a reduction of approximately 40% in incoming material re-inspection frequency, further improving production efficiency. Simultaneously, thanks to its stable oil resistance, the seals exhibited more consistent performance in oil resistance and aging resistance tests, effectively reducing after-sales quality risks.

FAQ
1. How to choose the right nitrile rubber grade?
Low nitrile (18%–24%): Good low-temperature resistance, suitable for cold environments.
Medium nitrile (25%–33%): Balanced oil resistance and flexibility, most widely used.
High nitrile (34%–50%): Superior oil resistance, suitable for high oil and fuel environments. We can assist you to determine the grade best suited to your products in terms of processing technology and application.
2. What is the degree of oil resistance that nitrile rubber has?
Nitrile rubber is one of the best types of oil-resistant rubbers. It has very good resistance properties towards petroleum oil, lubricating oil, gasoline, diesel oil and hydraulic oil, so is ideal for various oil-resistant seals and industrial rubber products.
3. What packaging specifications can you provide?
Depending on different grades and customer requirements, we can provide standard packaging such as 25kg/bag, and support pallet shipping and full container export.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
Buy acrylonitrile bulk MOQ is 1 ton, supporting customer sampling, small-batch purchases, and long-term stable supply.
5. How long a delivery period do you normally have?
