China National Day Holiday Notice

With the approaching day of the Nation of China we want to share our holiday plan with you dear customer, business partners and suppliers.

China's National Day is one of biggest celebrations that Chinese people love to participate in. Through this festival they can appreciate the glory of the country and at the same time have a lot of family gatherings.

However, at the same time that people in the region gather for this public celebration that also implies for most of the business sectors and logistics providers that they will experience a significant decrease in their regular business activities.

National Day Holiday Schedule

Our company will observe the China National Day holiday from October 1st, 2026 to October 7th，2026 ， and normal business operations will resume on October 8th，2026.

During the holiday, our office and some departments will have limited working hours. Our sales and customer service teams will make every effort to monitor important inquiries and respond to urgent requests when possible. However, responses to routine inquiries may take longer than usual.

We recommend that customers who have ongoing projects, upcoming purchasing plans, or urgent requirements contact us before the holiday begins.

Orders, Manufacturing & Delivery

If the customers have placed their orders already, it would be best that they check and confirm the manufacturing and shipping plan with us ahead of the holiday. Production areas, storages, transportation services, and other logistical operations might be affected by the holiday working schedule.

New customers who are about to raise orders are highly advised to make contact with Our Sales Team at the earliest stage. Through this, we can arrange the availability of products, product manufacturing, packing schedule, quality inspection and shipment planning accordingly.

If you are an international customer, there might be a change in shipping capacity of the carrier & operations capacity of the port that would result the delay of shipping during holiday. To prevent or at least minimizing the delay as much as possible, early planning is strongly ‌recommended.

Customer Service During the Holiday

In spite of us having to change our office hours temporarily, we will be available at all times to our customers abroad who might need us. If you urgently need to find out any information about your order, the details of product, the logistics arrangements, or any other business matter, please get in touch with our sales team in advance as far as possible.

Meanwhile, our staff will make the relevant arrangements and you will receive our answer as soon as we can get back to the normal work rhythm.
